ECOZ heat pump dryer is a kind of heat lifting device. The heat pump dryer unit uses the inverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the surrounding environment and transfer it to the heated object (the object with higher temperature). It is mainly used in the drying and dehydration process of food, medicinal materials, wood, agricultural and sideline products, industrial products, etc.
The heat pump unit is divided into two parts: the main unit and the drying room. The two parts can be used together to realize circular drying, and the drying quality of materials is good. The temperature and humidity of the drying room are controlled by the intelligent control system, so that the temperature of the hot dry air in the drying room is between 20℃ and 80℃, which can meet the high-quality drying requirements of most materials.
According to the different drying process requirements of different materials, ECOZ has three different heat pump drying units: high temperature (integral multi-fan) heat pump dryer, heat pump drying constant temperature dehumidifier and heat pump dehumidifying dryer, which can be selected according to the actual needs.
ECOZ heat pump drying unit has been applied to drying wood (such as oak), grains, edible fungi (such as mushrooms and auricularia auricula), medicinal materials (such as ginseng), seafood (such as fresh oysters and scallops), tea, fruits and vegetables, etc.
