The seafood to be dried for this project are shrimp, scallops, squid, prawns, abalone, etc. The amount of seafood to be dried is more than 2 tons per day.
The project installed ECOZ 2 integrated multi-fan heat pump dryers, which can dry about 1.5 tons of seafood per batch.
