Heat Pump Water Heater Operating Principle
The heat pump water heater is based on air and water energy as a heat source. The refrigerant is compressed by the compressor, absorbs heat in the evaporator and becomes a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. After being throttled, it enters the evaporator through the expansion valve to absorb a large amount of heat, then enters the condenser after the condensing pressure rises to release heat, and then transfers the heat to the water through the pump, thus completing a cycle.
Connections
The air source heat pump water heater consists of a main unit (i.e. compressor) and an auxiliary heater, of which the main unit and the auxiliary heater use the inverse Carnot principle, whereby hot water is stored in an insulated tank and delivered to the room through the hot water pipe when used by the user.
Using R410A Refrigerant
Adopting R410A environmental protection refrigerant, its working pressure is about 1.6 times of traditional R22 refrigerant, and the latent heat of vaporization value is higher compared with R22, so the heating and cooling efficiency is higher. In addition, R410A environmental refrigerant does not destroy the ozone layer and is the best alternative to refrigerants in the world.
